2. What data we collect and why

We collect only the data necessary to provide consulting services: name, email address, and the content of messages sent via the contact form. We process this data based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR - for the performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps, and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR - based on our legitimate interest in responding to user inquiries.

3. Data retention period

We store your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected. Contact form data is stored for 12 months from the last contact. After this period, data is permanently deleted from our systems, unless further storage is required by law.

4. Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the following rights: right of access to your data, right to rectification, erasure (right to be forgotten), restriction of processing, data portability, and right to object to processing.
